The contents of the Ski.fi website are protected by copyright (the Finnish Copyright Act). 
 
It is permitted to link other websites to the Ski.fi website. However, good practice must be observed. Pages may be viewed, browsed and printed out for the personal use of the user and can be sent by email to other persons using the "Tell a friend" tool on the website. The material on the Ski.fi website may not be re-published online even for personal use. 
 
Brand names found on the Ski.fi website are protected trademarks or company names. These include: 
- the SHKY logo
- the Ski.fi logo
- all Werneri logos and Werneri pictures 
 
The Finnish Ski Area Association (SHKY) aims in every way only to pass on reliable and correct information, but even so it does not guarantee the reliability or correctness of information either on the website or that can be obtained through it. The association uses all means at its disposal to try and keep the website functioning, but cannot be responsible for its availability. The association also reserves the right to make changes on the website continuously.  
 
This site contains links to other sites owned or maintained by third parties. When moving to these, the service opens the website of the external provider in a new browser window. When moving to these sites, the user must examine and approve any conditions for using them before starting to use them. SHKY is not able to control the contents of websites that have links on its pages and have been made or published by someone else than SHKY, and the association accepts no responsibility for the contents of these websites. 
 
SHKY is not responsible for any damage caused directly or indirectly by using the website or the information on it.  

Cookies 
 

Ski.fi uses temporary cookies on its website. A cookie is a small file that is transferred to the user's computer and is retained there, which enables the website administrator to identify frequent visitors to the website, makes logging in easier for users and allows the formation of combined information about the user. With this feedback we can continuously improve the content of our website. Cookies do not harm the user's computers or files. We use cookies to offer our customers services and information tailored for their personal needs.  
 
If a visitor to our website does not wish for us to obtain the information specified through cookies, most browsers include the option to turn off the cookie function. This is done, for example in Internet Explorer™ by selecting "Security" in the "Internet preferences" sub-menu of the "tools" menu.
